APYS Projects provides networking Services services for commercial, industrial and institutional facilities across India. Plan a new installation, office fit-out, expansion or upgrade around your facility, equipment and acceptance requirements.
Structured cabling and infrastructure
Discuss CAT6/CAT6A copper cabling, fibre backbone requirements, data outlets, patch panels, racks, cable routing, termination, identification and cable management. Share your drawings, point schedule and BOQ so the proposal can define quantities, routes and installation boundaries.
Active network installation and configuration
The networking scope can include switches, routers, access points and LAN/WAN configuration, with VLAN, IP addressing, uplink and Wi-Fi requirements agreed before commissioning. Existing equipment compatibility, downtime windows and dependencies should be identified in the proposal.
Fluke cable testing and reports
Include Fluke cable testing in the agreed acceptance scope. Define the cable category, link type, point identification, test limits, report format and retesting requirements. Continuity checks and cable performance certification are different levels of testing; the tester and test setup must suit the requirement.
Firewall work and secure connectivity
Discuss firewall installation and configuration, access policies, network segmentation, NAT and VPN connectivity. Equipment, software subscriptions, administrator access and ongoing support should be stated separately in the quotation.
Testing, commissioning and handover
Agree a commissioning checklist for the installation: point identification, connectivity, relevant configuration checks and documented test outcomes. Specify whether rack/port schedules, cable reports, configuration backups, drawings and administrator handover are included. Changes and exclusions should be captured before work begins.
Planning your scope
Provide the site location, intended users, number of data points, existing cabling/equipment, rack locations and required completion date. For live facilities, discuss access permissions and maintenance windows. AMC coverage and response arrangements are agreed for the equipment and scope involved.
