About

BASED IN WAGHOLI, PUNE · PROJECT ENQUIRIES ACROSS INDIA

The connections behind a working building.

APYS Projects is an engineering and infrastructure services business led by proprietor Yogesh Laxman Sagale. Based in Wagholi, Pune, we handle networking, ELV and electrical requirements, from an individual system installation to a coordinated project scope.

Where there’s a wire or a cable, there’s APYS Projects. Our work covers design, equipment supply, installation, testing, commissioning and maintenance, with the systems and deliverables defined for each project.

Our background and work locations

Yogesh began taking on small site assignments in 2019 alongside employment. APYS Projects obtained GST registration in 2025.

Yogesh holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.

His practical experience covers approximately seven to eight sites, including work in Pune, Mumbai and Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar. Team size is arranged according to the scope and workload of each assignment.

What we can help you plan

  • Networks and connectivity: structured copper and fibre cabling, racks, switches, WiFi, Fluke cable testing and firewall configuration. See our networking services for scope and handover planning.
  • ELV and building controls: CCTV, access control, fire alarm and public address, IP EPABX, entrance control, and home and office automation.
  • Electrical and related building services: electrical installations, panels, backup-power coordination, MEP and water-system requirements. Explore the complete service scope.

Work on site: Group Surya, Indapur

APYS Projects carried out the complete electrical work and network rack dressing for Group Surya in Indapur. The project record includes original site photographs of electrical panels, distribution boards, UPS units, battery banks, rack patching and cable routes.

From your requirement to an agreed handover

1. Understand the site

Start with the location, building use, systems required and existing equipment. Drawings, point schedules, site photographs and access restrictions help define the work before equipment is selected.

2. Define and coordinate the scope

Agree quantities, equipment responsibilities, cable routes, integrations and installation access in the proposal. For occupied facilities, discuss shutdown windows and dependencies with other trades before work begins.

3. Agree the checks and support

Specify the testing and handover records needed for your project, such as point identification, cable test reports, configuration backups or system drawings. AMC discussions should identify covered equipment, inspection frequency, support arrangements and exclusions.

Before you request a quotation

  • Your project location and the type of facility.
  • The systems required, quantities or a BOQ if available.
  • Drawings or photographs of the current installation.
  • Your intended schedule, site-access limits and any planned downtime.
  • The testing, documentation and maintenance support you need.

For early planning, explore our Knowledge Centre guides and free calculators. Calculator results are planning estimates; final equipment selection depends on the actual site and professional verification.
