Enterprise Networking & Structured Cabling

LAN/WAN, router and switch configuration, CAT6/CAT6A and fiber cabling, firewall and VPN setup.

Define outlet locations, rack layouts, connectivity and testing requirements before installation.

Networking Services, Fluke testing and firewall work

Our networking scope covers supply, installation, testing and commissioning, with cabling, active equipment, configuration and handover agreed in the proposal. Discuss point-wise cable testing, reports, network segmentation and firewall requirements before work begins.

CCTV Surveillance

IP and analog CCTV camera installation, CCTV cabling, NVR/DVR and VMS configuration, control rooms, remote monitoring and AMC.

Discuss camera coverage, recording requirements and remote access before selecting equipment.

Scope and equipment planning

Share the areas to cover, lighting conditions, camera quantities, required recording duration and any existing cameras or network equipment. The proposal can define camera positions, recorder/storage capacity, cabling, power and permitted remote access.

Testing and handover

Agree the checks for live views, recording/playback, camera identification and authorised user access. Confirm whether system drawings, credentials handover and operator familiarisation are included. Storage duration depends on the selected cameras, bitrate and recording settings.

For early storage planning, use our CCTV storage calculator, then confirm the recording settings and equipment in the proposal.

Fire Alarm & Public Address

Addressable and conventional fire alarm panels, smoke and heat detectors, sounders, manual call points, public address (PA) systems and emergency exit systems. The installation scope can include fire alarm detector cabling and PA speaker cabling.

System requirements are coordinated with the site design and the agreed project scope.

Scope and coordination

Share available fire-system drawings, building use, existing panel details and the areas requiring detection or announcements. The proposal should identify devices, panel capacity, zones or loops, cabling and any requested interfaces with other building systems.

Testing and handover

Define device identification, alarm indication, relevant cause-and-effect checks and public-address checks in the agreed scope. Documentation, authority coordination and specialist approvals must be discussed separately where required; installation alone is not a promise of certification.

Access Control & Security

Face recognition and biometric attendance systems, door access control, RFID access control, boom barriers and video door phones.

Plan entry permissions, attendance requirements and access points for your facility.

Doors, users and integrations

Tell us the number and type of access points, expected users, existing locks and attendance/reporting needs. Plan credentials, permissions, exit arrangements, controller/network connectivity and power backup around the agreed requirements.

Testing and handover

Agree checks for permitted and denied access, exit operation, event records and the integrations included. Discuss administrator access, user enrolment, reporting and how system data will be managed by your organisation.

Data Center & Server Room Setup

Network server rack and patch panel setup, rack dressing, port labelling, UPS installation, cable management, cooling and monitoring systems.

Coordinate power, equipment space, cable routing and monitoring around your server room requirements.

Survey inputs and handover

Share the equipment list, rack layout, available electrical supply, UPS requirements and cooling arrangements. Identify any live systems that need a planned migration or shutdown window.

Agree the rack and port identification, power and connectivity checks, monitoring responsibilities and documentation required at handover. Redundancy and backup arrangements should be specified for the actual equipment and site.

Electrical & MEP

HT/LT panels, transformer and DG installation, internal/external wiring, earthing and lightning protection.

Start with site requirements and coordinate electrical infrastructure with the wider building services.

Survey and proposal inputs

Share available load schedules, single-line diagrams, equipment ratings, site drawings and the condition of existing installations. Discuss panel locations, cable routes, earthing, backup-power requirements, shutdown windows and coordination with other trades.

Testing, documentation and exclusions

The proposal should state installation boundaries, equipment responsibilities, agreed inspection/testing and handover documents. Confirm shutdown permissions, utility/authority coordination and any third-party tests or approvals before work begins; these are included only when specified.

Water Treatment & Dispensers

Commercial and industrial RO systems, water softeners, DM plants, hot/cold dispensers and maintenance.

Share your water source, intended use and demand so the proposed system can suit the application.

Survey inputs and handover

Provide the water source, available water-quality report, intended use, daily demand and installation space. Discuss power, drainage and the maintenance access needed for the proposed equipment.

Agree the commissioning checks, operating instructions and maintenance schedule in the quotation. Identify consumables, replacement parts and any required water-quality testing separately.

IP EPABX & Intercom Systems

IP EPABX and intercom supply, installation and configuration, telephone cabling, extension programming and connectivity.

Plan extensions and communication requirements for offices and facilities.

Extensions and connectivity

Share extension quantities, desk locations, existing telephone equipment, required call flows and internet/network details. Discuss handset compatibility, internal calling, external connectivity, reception routing and any requested remote extensions.

Testing and support

Agree extension-to-extension checks and external incoming/outgoing call checks where the service is available. Clarify configuration backup, administrator handover and user familiarisation. Telecom connections, provider subscriptions and recurring call charges should be identified separately in the proposal.

AMC & Maintenance

Maintenance and technical support, with scope agreed per project.

Inspection schedules, covered equipment, support arrangements and exclusions are agreed in the maintenance scope.

Define the maintenance agreement

Start with an equipment register, site locations, existing faults and any warranty or supplier arrangements. Define planned visits, remote or on-site support, covered hours and escalation contacts in the agreement.

Clarify response arrangements, spare parts, consumables, third-party subscriptions and exclusions before starting. Agree the service records and action list to be provided after each visit.

Home & office automation

APYS Projects provides home and office automation from requirements planning and system selection through supply, installation, integration, testing and commissioning. Define the functions you want to control and the existing devices or systems that need to connect.

Agree compatible equipment, control locations, user access and behaviour during interruptions before installation. The handover scope can include a demonstration of the agreed functions, configuration records and operator familiarisation.

Boom barriers, turnstiles & flap barriers

Vehicle and pedestrian entrance-control solutions for societies, offices and infrastructure facilities. The scope can cover boom barriers, turnstiles and flap barriers, with access-control integration, electrical and network connections agreed for the site.

Share the entrance layout, vehicle and pedestrian routes, expected access demand and existing controllers. Coordinate safe entry and exit, accessibility, power backup and the agreed operating checks with the site team.

Before we prepare a proposal

Share the project location, systems required, quantities or BOQ, available drawings and intended schedule. Include existing equipment, access limits and any shutdown restrictions.

The quotation should identify supply and installation boundaries, testing and handover records, maintenance arrangements and exclusions. Approvals, specialist tests and subscriptions should be stated explicitly where required.
