These terms describe use of the APYS Projects website, technical blog and free calculators. APYS Projects is an ELV, networking and electrical services business based in Wagholi, Pune, Maharashtra, operated by proprietor Yogesh Laxman Sagale.
Website information and project agreements
Website information helps you understand services and plan enquiries. An enquiry does not by itself create an order or reserve an installation date. The scope, equipment, quantities, prices, taxes, payment milestones, schedule, warranty and support for an actual job must be agreed in the written quotation or project agreement. Those agreed project terms govern that job.
Technical guides and calculators
Blog articles provide general technical information. Free calculators produce estimates from your inputs and their stated assumptions. They do not replace a site survey, equipment documentation, electrical or fire-safety design, certification, or approval by the responsible qualified professional. Check units and inputs and have the final selection verified before buying equipment or starting work.
Responsible use
Use the website lawfully. Do not attempt to access private systems or other users’ information, interfere with the website, submit malicious files, or use an article as permission to test a network you do not own or administer. Coordinate any operational test with the responsible site owner.
Content, diagrams and third-party material
Respect copyright and attribution shown with articles, diagrams, photographs and linked material. Linking to a page is welcome. Obtain permission before reproducing substantial APYS content. Third-party product names and marks belong to their respective owners; their appearance does not establish a partnership, certification or endorsement.
External links and availability
External links provide further reading. Their owners control their content and services. Website content and calculator availability can change. If you find an error, share the page address, inputs and a description through our contact page.
Privacy and confidential information
Read our Privacy Policy for information about website data handling. Do not place passwords, network configuration secrets, unredacted client records or other confidential information in a public comment or routine enquiry. Agree a suitable transfer method with APYS Projects where such information is needed.
Your rights and concerns
Nothing in these website terms excludes any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Indian law. These terms do not reduce APYS Projects’ obligations under an agreed project contract or applicable law. Contact us about a concern so we can review the relevant facts.
